About the Course
Sports Skills
This high-energy class helps young children build confidence, coordination, and a love for an active and healthy lifestyle. Through fun, age-appropriate games and physical challenges, kids develop motor skills like running, jumping, throwing and catching while learning to follow directions, work as a team, and practice good sportsmanship. Group activities nurture social, emotional, and cognitive growth by promoting focus, cooperation, and resilience in a fun and supportive setting.
